·         Our funding source is connected both domestically and internationally with a number of private and institutional lending sources for commercial construction projects

·         Other funding sources focus specifically on mines when the land is owned.  As long as the mine exceeds 1B in assays, we can buy, loan, JV or monetize operational and non-operational mines
