868 Nationwide REOs – $17.5 Million

We are direct to the seller of 868 nationwide REO properties.  The BPO is $60.6 million with a selling price of $17.5 million (31% LTV).  This price includes fees.

The procedures to secure this pool of properties are as follows:

  1. Submit NCND, LOI & POF
  2. Upon verification tape and purchase contract will be delivered to principal buyer ONLY.  Private seller available for phone conference with buyer at this point.
  3. After 24-48 hour review period, buyer must execute purchase contract and enter escrow
  4. 10% escrow to be held by third party within 24 hrs of contract execution. Escrow receipt will be required.
  5. Escrow deposit is REFUNDABLE if seller cannot provide clear title. Escrow deposit will be NON REFUNDABLE after a 7 day due diligence period.
  6. Buyer is expected to close within 14 calendar days total after deposit.
  7. After buyer executes one transaction no further POF will be required
